Course Outline:
The course helps students
prepare for the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management
exams. In addition, significant home study is required. The course is
based on PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), additional
publications and specially prepared reference materials. Through practice
testing, you will become knowledgeable with the makeup and format of the
PMP Certification Exam and the level of competency needed to pass it.
